Before you pay I acknowledge I am purchasing this product. I understand this is a custom made item, and all sales are final. No refunds, returns or cancellations are accepted. I understand that purchasing a Technical Foundation, Couture Tech Pack or Couture Pattern does not guarantee or oblige Giardina Atelier to provide sampling or production, even if these have been discussed or quoted. Acceptance into sampling or production is at Giardina Atelier's sole discretion, and declining it does not entitle me to any refund or to future pattern or tech pack updates. I understand that my tech pack includes one revision round, requested within 72 hours of delivery, and that my pattern is final as delivered. If I sample or produce elsewhere, even if Giardina Atelier chooses not to go into sampling with my brand, future pattern and tech pack updates are the responsibility of my chosen sample maker, not Giardina Atelier.
